President: Sille van der Pol
Hi everyone,
My name is Sille van der Pol and I am the new president of the Hippo's!. I am
19 years old and come from a small village in Brabant. I am currently in my second year of the study Health Sciences. In my free time I like to hang out with friends and watch Netflix. I have been playing korfball since I was about 7 years old and still play some games at home.

This will be my second years at the Hippo's and am very excited for the next year. I hope we have a really fun year with lots of activities!

Secretary: Milou Verhagen
Hi, my name is Milou Verhagen and I am the secretary of the Hippo's this year. I come from a small village in Brabant and live on my own to study medicine. I have actually been playing korfball all my life and this will be my second year playing korfball in Maastricht. I am looking forward to being on the board together with Sille, Marlies and Maud this year and I am curious to see how we will do.
Treasurer: Maud Alards
Hiii!!! My name is Maud Alards and I am the treasurer of the Hippos this year. After studying International Business for a year, I started again this year and am currently in my first year at UCM. This is my second year with the Hippo's and I enjoy going to practice every Tuesday to play nice but most importantly have a lot of laughs! :)
In my free time, I really enjoy baking but I am definitely up for a night on the town!

General member: Marlies Gort
Hi, my name is Marlies and this year I am a General Member on the board. I am 20 years old and I am from Enschede. Since last year I have been studying Medicine here and I really like it here. Also, this is my second year with the Hippos. It is very fun and I like the fact that I can still do the sport I have been doing for at least 10 years.
Other than that, my hobbies are doing fun things with friends, Netflix and shopping.
I am really looking forward to the board year and hopefully it will be a very fun year with fun activities!!!
